Matt joined Four Stones in 2025 as Executive Vice President of Development, leading due diligence, master planning, design, and construction for our diverse portfolio of projects. A seasoned project management professional, Matt brings extensive experience managing billion-dollar construction programs, paired with strategic insight and deep knowledge of the building process, to drive our most ambitious initiatives. Early in his career, Matt managed complex facility construction along the East Coast for one of the nation’s top contracting firms. He later joined PwC’s Capital Projects Group, advising clients on project management, controls, and risk mitigation for projects exceeding $1 billion. In 2013, Matt joined Darden & Company, where he and his partners acquired and rebranded the firm as IMPACT, growing its team from three to 65 employees. As an owner, he led high-profile programs for clients like AMBSE, Porsche NA, QTS, and USSF, delivering innovative solutions for complex projects. Matt earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering at Vanderbilt University. He enjoys traveling with his wife and 2 children and playing golf.
