Just minutes from the University of Tennessee, Kern’s Bakery brings new life to a cherished South Knoxville landmark. Developed and co-invested by Four Stones, this historic rehab blends industrial character with modern energy, offering a curated mix of chef-led restaurants, local brews, hand-crafted goods, and artisanal shops. With flexible indoor-outdoor spaces, communal seating, and live performances, Kern’s is a vibrant hub for food, culture, and community. The 70,000 SF food hall includes 14 food stalls, six anchors, retail spaces, a brewery, three bars, and an event lawn.
