Sarah Brady serves as General Counsel for Four Stones Real Estate, where she leads all legal operations and provides strategic guidance across the firm’s activities, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. With extensive experience in real estate investment, development, and asset management, Sarah plays a vital role in driving the company’s growth while ensuring legal integrity at every stage. Prior to joining Four Stones, Sarah served in private practice, advising institutional investors, developers, and asset managers on a wide range of real estate transactions, as well as in boutique mergers and acquisitions, working with entrepreneurs and private equity owned companies. Known for her practical, solution-driven approach, she excels at navigating complex legal issues and managing deals from due diligence through closing with precision and efficiency. Sarah earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia. She has been admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia since 2005. Outside the office, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, Christopher, and their two daughters.
