Greg Skowronski serves as the Chief Investment Officer, where he oversees investments, capital raising, asset management and investor relations. Prior to joining Four Stones, Greg served as the Director, Global Financial Inclusion & Capital Markets for Habitat for Humanity International. In that role he managed impact investment funds that increased access to affordable housing. Previously, Greg held a series of positions in private equity and investment banking with Williams Realty Advisors, Five Mile Capital, JLL and UBS. In those roles, he underwrote and structured over $1B of investments in commercial real estate. Greg holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He and his wife, Whitney, have one son.
