Courtney joined Four Stones in May 2025 as Accounting Manager, where she supports the firm’s investment, development, and operating initiatives through financial reporting, cash flow management, and tax compliance. She brings a strong background in both real estate and tax accounting. Prior to Four Stones, Courtney served as Senior Property Management Accountant at RangeWater Real Estate, managing financial reporting for a diverse portfolio of multifamily properties. She began her career in the Commercial Tax practice at Bennett Thrasher, advancing from Staff to Senior Associate, where she gained extensive experience in preparing and reviewing tax returns for partnerships, corporations, individuals, and trusts. Additionally, she trained and supervised junior staff and managed client engagements.

Courtney earned her CPA license in 2020. She holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of Georgia and a BBA in Accounting from Mercer University, where she also competed on the Cross Country and Track & Field teams.
