Vicky serves as the Director of Communications at Four Stones, where she has played an instrumental role in the company’s growth since its inception in 2020, supporting its successful transition from a startup to an established organization. In this role, she provides critical administrative and operational support, manages projects, streamlines workflows, and enhances efficiency. As the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, Vicky ensures seamless communication and coordination. Vicky has skillfully coordinated land acquisitions totaling over 1,500 acres, overseeing transactions, budgets, due diligence, and closings, consistently driving significant revenue through successful property deals. She also supports asset management reporting, secures insurance, and maintains high standards for property upkeep. Before joining Four Stones, Vicky honed her real estate expertise as a coordinator for Chick-fil-A’s New Restaurant Growth team on the West Coast. Her professional journey also includes 17 years of international non-profit work, reflecting her passion for global impact. Outside of work, Vicky volunteers at her church and enjoys exploring new places and cultures with her family and friends.
